Salim Khan, a prominent figure in the Indian film industry, along with his family, has entertained audiences for generations. From his own acting career to the scintillating screen presence of his wife Helen, as well as the inimitable style of his son Salman Khan and the captivating dance moves of Malaika Arora, the Khan family has been ruling the industry for decades.

Salim Khan, along with his writing partner Javed Akhtar, formed one of the most successful screenwriter duos in Bollywood. They are credited with pioneering the masala movie genre and have penned iconic films such as Sholay, Seeta Aur Geeta, Zanjeer, Deewar, Kranti, and Don, which remain some of the highest-grossing films in Hindi cinema.

Salim Khan is married to two women – Salma Khan (nee. Sushila Charak) and Helen. He married Salma in 1964, and they have four children together – Salman, Arbaaz, Sohail, and Alvira. In 1981, Salim married Helen Richardson, and they adopted a girl named Arpita a few years later.

Salma Khan, apart from being a producer, is credited for all the films under the banner of Salman Khan Films. She has produced films like Kaagaz, Radhe, Antim: The Final Truth, and Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan.

Helen, a veteran actress and dancer, has spent over seven decades in the Hindi film industry. She started her career as a group dancer but soon rose to fame with solo performances in films like Alif Laila and Hoor-e-Arab. However, her breakthrough came in 1958 with the song “Mera Naam Chin Chin Chu” in the film Howrah Bridge. She went on to do some of the most popular dance numbers in Hindi cinema, including “Suku Suku” in Junglee, “Yamma Yamma” in China Town, “O Haseena Zulfonwali” in Teesri Manzil, “Muqabla Humse Na Karo” in Prince, and “Mehbooba” in Sholay.

Salman Khan, with over three and a half decades in the industry, has established himself as one of the most commercially successful actors in Indian cinema. He made his acting debut in 1988 and gained recognition with the lead role in Sooraj Barjatya’s Maine Pyar Kiya. Since then, he has delivered numerous blockbuster films such as Hum Aapke Hain Koun..!, Dabangg, Ek Tha Tiger, Bajrangi Bhaijaan, Sultan, and many more. He also directed the sequel, Dabangg 2. Apart from his film endeavors, Arbaaz was married to model and actress Malaika Arora, who featured in the item number “Munni Badnaam” in the Dabangg franchise. They have a son named Arhaan who is currently studying filmmaking in the US.
