Uncover the Jaw-Dropping Secrets to Mastering Voting in the Manitoba Election, Exclusively in Winnipeg!

The Manitoba election is scheduled for Tuesday, and here are the details on how people can vote leading up to and on the day.

On election day, polling stations will be open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and individuals can vote at any polling place in their electoral division. To vote, individuals must present one piece of valid government ID at the polling station. If their name is on the voters list, they will receive a ballot after showing their ID. However, if their name is not on the voters list, they will need to take an oath to confirm their identity. If the ID does not show their address, they will be required to sign a declaration of address. Once the identification process is complete, individuals can take their ballot behind a screen and mark the circle next to the name of their chosen candidate.

For individuals who are unable to vote in person due to a disability, they and/or their caregiver can apply to vote in their home by contacting the returning officer.
