Sistamatic Releases Debut Single: A Historic Milestone for Orlando Girls Rock Camp
Sistamatic, an Orlando band, has recently made history by releasing their debut single. This achievement is significant not only for the young act but also for Orlando Girls Rock Camp (OGRC), as Sistamatic consists entirely of OGRC alumnae and becomes the first OGRC product to formally release music.
Their new single, titled “Bastard,” was released on September 1 and serves as an explosive introduction to Sistamatic’s unique sound. The song combines riot grrrl grit with alt-rock muscle, creating a powerful and captivating experience. Singer Bellina López uses the track as catharsis, expressing her revenge-fantasy towards a real-life abuser.
Sistamatic’s music is not to be taken lightly. “Bastard” is now available for streaming on all major platforms.
