Recently, she came to the defense of her friend Kate Lawler, who was also facing backlash from a “handful of Karens” as she shared about her own child. Moffatt expressed her frustration with the amount of unwanted advice she has received, citing an incident where she was criticized for her baby wearing a hat indoors.

Upon Jude’s birth in June, Moffatt shared a heartfelt message expressing her love for her son. She wrote, “I can’t stop crying looking at you as I can’t quite believe you’re mine. Me and your daddy love you so much that I can’t even put this feeling into words.”
