The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. MOJO, now a TeamSnap company, will continue to offer its app and content to its 5 million users worldwide. The MOJO team, based mainly in Los Angeles, will join TeamSnap’s distributed workforce of over 200 employees. Ben Sherwood will assume a new role as a board member at TeamSnap.
